Challenge:

To provide interim marketing manager services ensuring marketing momentum for dynamic RTO and a strong presence at peak industry event with first custom stand

Solution:

  • Develop modular custom stand for re-use in different configurations at other events for greater brand impact
  • Implement integrated marketing campaign to ensure professional presence at FITEX and effective lead management. Elements included:
    • Logo and key message signage, videos, brochures, uniforms, travel, rosters, Facebook and Salesforce database marketing Entry giveaways, special course offers and prizes, iPad lead/entry capture, SMS confirmation and follow-up telemarketing – to trade and prospect/public audiences

Results:

  • Impact of custom stand at FITEX suitably demonstrated the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (AIPT) as a major player in industry, reinforcing brand values of studying with AIPT
  • Developed a far superior event management and budget tracking system with dashboard summary to help with future budget planning and cost per lead analysis
  • 3 week appointment extended to 4 months, evolving to special projects (Business Diploma Marketing and Rebel Sports relationship marketing) while new marketing team bedded down and focused on core work.
